San Antonio Spurs big man Tim Duncan made history Thursday night. In the second quarter of Game 4 of the NBA Finals against the Miami Heat, The Big Fundamental passed Kareem Abdul-Jabaar for the top spot on the all-time playoff minutes list.
Thursday's contest is Duncan's 233rd postseason game. He entered the game 13 minutes behind Abdul-Jabaar's record of 8,851 playoff minutes, and played 14 minutes in the first half to get to 8,852 playoff minutes for his career.
