Tiger Woods (+7) misses cut at Congressional
Tiger Woods' return to action at the Quicken Loans National was a short one. He shot a 4-over 75 on Friday, and missed the cut at Congressional after finishing at 7-over through two rounds.

Woods double-bogeyed No. 6, and carded five bogeys on the day, including four straight on holes No. 11 through 14. He finished his round with a birdie and two pars, but it wasn't enough to get him through to the weekend.
Woods, in his first action since back surgery in late March, maintained that he's healthy, even though he missed the cut by four shots:

Woods leaves feeling good about his game. It's rust, more than anything.
"I came back four weeks earlier than I thought we could. I got my feel for playing tournament golf. I'm encouraged by what happened this week," he said.
"My short game was off," Woods added. "I made a ton of simple little mistakes. I probably should have spent more time chipping than I did."
The important thing is (no pun intended): Tiger's back.
