The dreaded injury bug has hit the University of Hawaii in a big way as the Warriors announced that linebacker Jerrol Garcia-Williams suffered a torn ACL against Oregon State Saturday that will end his season, according to College Football Talk.

Running back Joey Iosefa also fractured his right ankle against the Beavers and is expected to miss the next four to six weeks.

“It’s very unfortunate that we've lost two extremely talented young men and terrific leaders on this team,” said head coach Norm Chow in a statement via College Football Talk. “However, we are fully confident that others will step up and contribute in their absence.”
