Everton's plans for a new stadium could be made public this week as the Merseyside club looks to increase its revenues, according to the Daily Mail.

Everton has called Goodison Park home since 1892, but the 39,600-seat stadium hasn't brought in sufficient revenue to stay competitive with the Premier League's top earners.

Walton Hall Park, roughly one kilometer (about half a mile) from Goodison, is the team's preferred location for constructing a new 50,000-capacity stadium. Ongoing talks with Liverpool city council aim to ensure the team remains within the city limits.
