Suspended Kentucky players could face charges after air pistol incident

The Fayette County Attorney's office will not let four University of Kentucky freshman football players get away with just a program suspension after the air pistol incident on campus Sunday night.

Attorney Larry Roberts said that his office is processing second-degree disorderly conduct charges against Dorian Baker, Drew Barker, Tymere Dubose, and Stanley Williams. He stated that charges would be filed "as soon as the judge signs them," reports the Lexington Herald-Leader.

Second-degree disorderly conduct is a class B misdemeanor under Kentucky law, and is punishable by up to 90 days in jail.
