After a great individual effort saw him give Borussia Dortmund a 2-0 lead in their opening Champions League fixture against Arsenal last month, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was unable to double his side's lead versus Anderlecht on Wednesday as he missed an absolute sitter in humiliating fashion.

Some excellent build-up from Shinji Kagawa saw Aubameyang receive a cross about seven yards away from goal in the 10th minute. But instead of slotting home what should have been an easy finish, the Gabon international fired his shot wide of the post and laughter ensued.
