Cowboys' Bruce Carter returns to practice Thursday

Dallas Cowboys linebacker Bruce Carter returned to practice Thursday after overcoming a strained quad.
Carter suffered the injury Sept. 28 against the New Orleans Saints and hasn't played since.
The 26-year-old has recorded 25 tackles and an interception in four games this season.
