4-star recruit Adonis Thomas decommits from Florida

Florida's disappointing season is taking a devastating toll on the Gators' 2015 recruiting class. 

Adonis Thomas, a four-star linebacker from Lawrenceville, Ga., announced Thursday he is re-opening his recruitment. 

"After talking things over with my family and other close relatives I've decided it's best for me to open back up my recruitment," Thomas tweeted.

Thomas stated he is still considering Florida, along with Alabama and LSU. He is rated as the 17th-best outside linebacker in the nation by Rivals.com.
