The Kansas City Royals will gun for a 3-1 series lead on Saturday in Game 4 of the World Series, and they'll do so with the same lineup that claimed Game 3 with a 3-2 win on Friday.

Jason Vargas (1-0) will make his third start of the postseason for Kansas City. The left-hander has been sharp, allowing three runs off five hits in 11 1/3 innings.

Giants manager Bruce Bochy decided to make a few changes to his lineup, swapping Hunter Pence and Pablo Sandoval in order while starting Juan Perez in place of Travis Ishikawa in left field.
