Giants' Peavy to start Game 6 of World Series; Hudson gets Game 7

Christopher Hanewinckel / USA TODAY Sports

San Francisco Giants manager Bruce Bochy has revealed his rotation plans for the remainder of the World Series.

Jake Peavy will get the ball for a potential Game 6 and Tim Hudson will throw Game 7, if necessary. Peavy and Hudson were both tabbed with losses in Game 2 and Game 3, respectively.

Staff ace Madison Bumgarner will pitch Game 5 on regular rest on Sunday, as previously disclosed by Bochy following Friday's Game 3 loss.

The Kansas City Royals lead the best-of-seven series 2-1 heading into Game 4 action Saturday night.
