AC Milan broke the deadlock with a beautiful volley on Sunday to open the scoring in the season's first Milan derby.
As Stephan El Shaarawy sprinted down the right flank, he picked out Jeremy Menez in the box.
Shaarawy's low cross found Menez's boot as the French forward made easy work of what would otherwise be a difficult volley.
