Ibrahimovic to Inter Milan after leaving club: 'You won't win anything without me'

Zlatan Ibrahimovic knows how to make an exit.

In conversation with Corriere della Sera, former Inter Milan owner Massimo Moratti revealed Ibrahimovic's final words as he departed for Barcelona after signing with the Catalan club in the summer of 2009.

"He was getting on a plane to Barcelona to sign for Barca after the last training with the team and he said: 'It has been nice playing with you but you won't win anything without me,'" Moratti said, as translated by the Guardian.

Of course, Ibrahimovic's prediction was incorrect as Inter went on to win the treble of the Champions League, the Serie A, and the Coppa Italia the following season under Jose Mourinho. They then went on to claim the FIFA Club World Cup later in 2010.

While that may seem impressive, Inter did win the Serie A title all three seasons that Ibrahimovic spent with the club.
