This is why Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck was hailed as the next great pro quarterback prior to the 2012 NFL Draft. 

This is absolutely ridiculous:

Luck throws a pinpoint laser to Donte Moncrief while he's on the run with a defender hanging off his ankle, preventing him from putting his entire body behind the throw. 

How many quarterbacks on the planet have the skill and strength to make that pass? The list may include only one name.
