Canadiens' Emelin ejected for boarding Stars' Spezza

Montreal Canadiens defenseman Alexei Emelin was given a five-minute boarding major and a game misconduct in the second period of Tuesday's game against the Dallas Stars after hitting Jason Spezza into the boards from behind. 

Emelin's penalty was served by forward Brendan Gallagher, and the Stars got a 5-on-3 for nearly two minutes.

Dallas scored with 16 seconds left in the major penalty, cutting the Canadiens' lead to 3-2.
