VIDEO: Gorgui Dieng's alley-oop pass turns into 20-foot hook shot

In a battle between David and Goliath, the lowly Minnesota Timberwolves needed all the help they could get.

Minnesota received a bit of fortune in the form of a blown pass from center Gorgui Dieng. It's tough to discern, but it appears Dieng tried to throw an alley-oop pass, which luckily turned into a hook shot.

Unfortunately, water is wet and the sky is blue, meaning the Atlanta Hawks won 112-100 to capture their franchise-record 16th consecutive win.
