Newcastle confirms John Carver will remain manager until end of season

It's official: neither Remi Garde, Frank de Boer nor any of the other names linked with Newcastle's managerial job will be taking over this season.

This black-and-white striped bus is under the guidance of John Carver for the remainder of the 2014-15 campaign.

Carver, who was named interim boss following the departure of Alan Pardew to Crystal Palace earlier this month, will look for his first win of the season when the Magpies visit Hull City this weekend.
