Coyotes taking most calls on Hanzal, not Vermette, Yandle

With Antoine Vermette, Keith Yandle and potentially Oliver Ekman-Larsson available at the trade deadline, the most sought-after Arizona Coyote is a considerable surprise.
Coyotes GM Don Maloney and his executive team are receiving the largest share of trade calls on 6-foot-6, 226-pound center Martin Hanzal, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reports.
On top of a strong two-way game, Hanzal's greatest lure is likely his current contract: he's on the hook for two more seasons at just $3.1 million per after this year.
Hanzal has eight goals and 24 points in 37 games and the Coyotes control 52.5 percent of the shot attempts at even strength with him on the ice.
