The firecracker popsicle look is, to the delight of many, a thing of the past.

The United States unveiled on Monday the new away shirt set to be worn by both its men's and women's teams, moving away from its recent three-tiered color scheme in favor of a predominantly blue ensemble.

The shirt, which will be accompanied by dark blue shorts featuring a white stripe to match that featured across the shoulders, will first be worn by Alex Morgan and Co. at the Algarve Cup in Portugal, a tournament which begins on March 4.

As for the men, Clint Dempsey and his teammates will first wear the new kit in a friendly match against Denmark on March 25.
