Stoudemire having trouble finding wine bath in Dallas
There are various culture shocks one might encounter when moving from New York City to Texas. Dallas for example, has no subway system.
Or, evidently, wine baths.
Amar'e Stoudemire, now a Dallas Maverick after his buyout from the New York Knicks, is still living in a hotel, according to Tim MacMahon of ESPN Dallas, and has had trouble finding a spa that provides vinotherapy. That's the favored wellness treatment of the veteran big man, in which he soaks in a tub of red wine.
MacMahon has some serious notes about Stoudemire's adjustment to the Mavericks' system, but none of them seem as problematic as this.
It looks like Stoudemire may need to resort to what has to be the logical next step: buying 200 bottles of Chilean red and emptying them into the bathtub.
