Cavs owner promises 'several' new jerseys for 2015-16
As if the Cleveland Cavaliers' new navy uniforms weren't awesome enough, owner Dan Gilbert is promising more fresh looks for 2015-16.
The Cavs' navy alternate is one of the best uniforms in the league, but a fan took to Twitter on the weekend to complain that the team wears them too often. That seems an odd complaint, but Gilbert took it as an opportunity to build early excitement for multiple new jersey iterations for next season.
OK. Lets get the "uncool" ones more wear RT @KSchroeder220:@cavs no doubt Navy uni's are the coolest but do they have to be worn EVERY game?

Introducing more alternates makes plenty of sense for the Cavs, as LeBron James is essentially a license to print money.
Already annually one of the top-selling jerseys in the league, there are fans out there who may want a James jersey of each color, or that weren't willing to purchase one in Year One of his return, or that need to see James sign a long-term deal before committing.
Plus, if they're as nice as the navy ones and an upgrade on the unsightly yellows, why not?
