Toronto Raptors global ambassador Drake is, at heart, just a basketball enthusiast - even if he's sometimes accused of being a fair-weather fan.
However, his handshake with Washington Wizards forward Paul Pierce - currently public enemy No. 1 in Toronto - after the Raps' Game 2 loss Tuesday doesn't sit well with some, particularly city councilor (and former deputy mayor) Norm Kelly.
