- After two failed attempts, bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw and former title-holder Renan Barao will (hopefully) have their long-awaited rematch at UFC on FOX 16 in July. Dillashaw viciously deposed Barao at UFC 173 last May.
- Urijah Faber is moving up to his former stomping grounds at featherweight against ex-lightweight kingpin Frankie Edgar during the UFC's maiden voyage to the Philippines in May.
- Aljamain Sterling took the biggest step of his MMA career on April 18, submitting perennial contender Takeya Mizugaki via third-round arm-triangle choke at UFC on FOX 15. The 25-year-old Serra-Longo product is now a perfect 3-0 in his burgeoning UFC campaign.
