Toronto Raptors guard Terrence Ross underwent surgery Friday to remove bone spurs and loose bodies from his left ankle.
There is no timetable for his return to basketball activities.
The 24-year-old averaged 9.8 points and 2.8 rebounds with an 11.2 PER and 51.9 true shooting percentage this past season.
Ross thanked all of his fans on Instagram for their well wishes as he laid in bed watching "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air."
