VIDEO: Warriors' Iguodala strips LeBron, runs floor for dunk
The third quarter of Game 1 of the NBA Finals ended much the same as the first did.
It seems Andre Iguodala has a penchant for end-of-quarter highlights at the expense of LeBron James. After blowing by the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar for a dunk early on, Iguodala got in James' pockets late in the third.
The Golden State Warriors wing stopper poked the ball free from James, then corralled the miss and was untouchable on the break. With Cavaliers watching on and the quarter horn about to sound, Iguodala threw the hammer down.
The two sides were squared at 73 heading into the fourth, with Iguodala pouring in 11 points off the bench. He sure is making the most of the reserve role he's embraced all season, one that's seen him average eight points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.2 steals in 15 playoff games entering the finals.
