NBA Finals Game 2: Curry feeds Barbosa with beautiful behind-the-back pass (VIDEO)
The NBA Finals can reveal a lot of things about a team. Depth issues. Strategic weaknesses. The curse on an entire city.
They can also serve as a broader showcase for indisputable truths the whole world isn't privy to yet. Like the fact that Steph Curry is the MVP, and deservedly so. Or the fact that Curry is a certified basketball magician.
The Golden State Warriors superstar was up to his usual tricks early on in Game 2 on Sunday, bending the Cleveland Cavaliers defense and generally being a menace. To wit, despite a cold 1-of-6 start from the floor in the first quarter, he found ways to contribute on the scoreboard that no team, healthy or otherwise, could do anything to stop.
Leandro Barbosa, enjoyed all the time in the world to fire a three, courtesy of this ridiculous behind-the-back pass from Curry.
Curry closed the opening frame with four points and one assist, his second mediocre first quarter in the series. The Warriors managed to keep things close despite a 7-of-20 mark as a team, entering the break in a 20-20 tie.
