Morey challenges Harden doubters to meet him in Temecula
You thought shooting guard James Harden of the Houston Rockets didn't deserve to win NBA Most Valuable Player this year? His 27.4 points per game, seven assists, and 5.4 rebounds weren't enough to win you over?
Then Rockets general manager Daryl Morey wants to take you on in Temecula, Calif.
That's right.

Temecula appears to be a prime destination for basketball fisticuffs to be thrown down, with one overzealous fan driving 35 minutes over the holidays to get to the Riverside County city following a Twitter argument over Kobe Bryant.
Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors (1,198 points, 100 first-place votes) won league MVP in 2014-15, leading his team to a 67-15 record, and - more importantly - the NBA championship. He was certainly deserving of the honor, although it's clear Morey wishes it had gone to his franchise player.
Harden finished second in votes (936 points, 25 first-place votes), so at least Morey wasn't alone in his desire to see the three-time All-Star walk away with some hardware.
If Curry himself wants to answer Morey's challenge, all he'll have to do is remind him of how the Warriors eliminated the Rockets in the Western Conference finals.
