Packers make it official: Jordy Nelson to miss entire 2015 season

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson will miss the remainder of the 2015 season with what the team is calling a "significant knee injury."
It has been widely reported that Nelson suffered a torn ACL in the Packers' preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, but the team did not confirm that diagnosis.
Coming off a 98 reception, 1,519 yards,13 touchdown season, Nelson will now miss a large chunk of time for the first time in his seven-year career. The Packers will look to Jeff Janis, Davante Adams, and Ty Montgomery to fill the void.
It is possible the team will sign a veteran like Wes Welker or Santonio Holmes in Nelson's absence.
