Report: Oregon's Vernon Adams dealing with injured finger, expects to play Saturday

Oregon quarterback Vernon Adams is dealing with an injury to the index finger on his throwing hand, ESPN's Rece Davis reports.
Adams reportedly suffered the injury in the season-opening win against his former school, Eastern Washington, though he intends to play Saturday against Michigan State.
The quarterback left the first game after taking a shot to the head. Adams said he's feeling no ill effects from that hit.
The Ducks beat Michigan State in Eugene last season, and they'll look to do the same thing on the road this year.
