Manchester United is willing to let Victor Valdes leave the club - as long as he doesn't join another team in England.
United could cancel the 33-year-old's 18-month contract as both parties seek to end a ruinous relationship, and Valdes would just need to find a team outside the Premier League, reports Peter O'Rourke of ESPNFC.
Liverpool and Chelsea have reportedly expressed interest in the former Barcelona shot-stopper, with both sides looking for depth at the position.
Manager Louis van Gaal has already said Valdes has no future with the Red Devils and relegated him to the reserve team.
Valdes was included in United's preliminary Premier League squad, but he is well behind David De Gea, Sergio Romero, and Sam Johnstone in goal.
