Curtis Granderson may have prevented the second inside-the-park home run of Game 1 of the World Series on Tuesday.
The New York Mets outfielder got on his horse and tracked down what looked to be a sure hit from Kansas City Royals speedster Jarrod Dyson.
With the outfield appearing to play shallow against a double, it's no certainty Dyson would've imitated the first-inning inside-the-park home run from teammate Alcides Escobar. But with his speed, it sure would've been close had the ball gone over Granderson's head.
