VIDEO: Washington State tops No. 19 UCLA on last-second TD pass
On a college football Saturday packed with upsets, it's fitting the night ended with yet another.
Washington State managed to knock off No. 19 UCLA with a touchdown pass from Luke Falk to Gabe Marks with just three seconds left, giving the Cougars a 31-27 victory.
The score came just over a minute after Bruins quarterback Josh Rosen scored on a 37-yard touchdown run that put UCLA on top and capped a seven-play, 75-yard drive for Washington State that took just 66 seconds.
UCLA blew a golden opportunity to gain ground in the Pac-12 South with Utah losing to Arizona on Saturday night. It was a tough night for Pac-12 front-runners, as Stanford was also upset by Oregon.
Falk finished the game with 331 yards and a pair of touchdowns despite leaving the game in the second quarter after being slammed to the ground. He returned to start the second half and was impressive in leading the Cougars on the final drive.
