Top Options
NAME | OPPONENT | VALUE |
---|---|---|
Derrick Favors (UTA) | vs. TOR | 8 |
LaMarcus Aldridge (SA) | vs. DEN | 8 |
DeMarcus Cousins (SAC) | at ATL | 7 |
Terrence Jones (HOU) | vs. POR | 7 |
Thaddeus Young (BKN) | at CHA | 7 |
It's criminal that Favors is so affordably priced relative to the other elite players at power forward. He has dragged his team to a respectable 5-5 record despite defensive linchpin Rudy Gobert missing a handful of games. Favors gets a plum match-up with a Raptors squad on the second game of a road back-to-back. For his DFS salary, Favors is a must-play.
Best of the Rest
NAME | OPPONENT | VALUE |
---|---|---|
Nerlens Noel (PHI) | vs. IND | 7 |
Paul Millsap (ATL) | vs. SAC | 6 |
Serge Ibaka (OKC) | vs. NOP | 6 |
Marvin Williams (CHA) | vs. BKN | 6 |
Ed Davis (POR) | at HOU | 6 |
Dwight Powell (DAL) | at BOS | 6 |
Anthony Davis (NOP) | at OKC | 5 |
Dirk Nowitzki (DAL) | at BOS | 5 |
Nemanja Bjelica (MIN) | at ORL | 5 |
Ryan Anderson (NOP) | at OKC | 5 |
Amir Johnson (BOS) | vs. DAL | 4 |
The question of the day isn't whether Anthony Davis will play in Oklahoma City the night after facing Denver at home - they simply need him too badly - but rather, how much will Davis play if the score gets out of hand early?
The Pelicans star played 40 minutes in New York coming off of his injury and tallied 36 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks, but that was coming off of several days of rest. For his price, Davis' usage against the Thunder is unpredictable.
Nothing to See Here
NAME | OPPONENT | VALUE |
---|---|---|
Kenneth Faried (DEN) | at SA | 4 |
Jordan Hill (IND) | at PHI | 3 |
Markieff Morris (PHX) | vs. CHI | 3 |
Nikola Mirotic (CHI) | at PHX | 2 |
Luis Scola (TOR) | at UTA | 1 |
Faried has flown under the radar for the Nuggets but is playing to his usual standard of high rebounding totals and inconsistent scoring. San Antonio has one of the best defenses in the league and the Spurs will use Aldridge, Tim Duncan and David West to mitigate Faried's impact. He's one of the bigger names to avoid.
