Here are the point guard value rankings for Wednesday, Janaury 6's 11-game slate:

Value Rankings
PG
| SG | SF | PF | C

Top Options

NAME OPPONENT VALUE
Kyle Lowry (TOR) at BKN 10
Kyrie Iriving (CLE) at WAS 10
Kemba Walker (CHA) at PHX 9
Ricky Rubio (MIN) vs. DEN 8
George Hill (IND) at ORL 8
John Wall (WAS) vs. CLE 8

Brooklyn's defense was already awful to begin with and that was before Shane Larkin was pushed into the starting PG role; Lowry is coming off three-straight double-doubles and could make it four-straight against the Nets.

Irving is just as valuable on this slate. He's coming off his best game of the season, logging 25 points, eight assists and six rebounds in just 29 minutes. There's a bit of concern about his playing time as he has yet to crack 30 minutes in a game, but DFS players should take his mid-tier price and undeniable ceiling straight to the bank.

Best of the Rest

NAME OPPONENT VALUE
Damian Lillard (POR) vs. LAC 7
Patty Mills (SA) vs. UTA 7
Brandon Jennings (DET) at BOS 7
Russell Westbrook (OKC) vs. MEM 6
Goran Dragic (MIA) vs. NY 6
J.J. Barea (DAL) at NO 6
Brandon Knight (PHX) vs. CHA 6
Isaiah Thomas (BOS) vs. DET 6

With Tony Parker declared out, Mills becomes the starter for the Spurs. At his price, he doesn't need to produce a major stat line to break even. Since he's likely to play 30 minutes with Parker out, expect Mills to be a minor steal.

Westbrook has been his fantastic self with Kevin Durant out but his price has climbed to a point where it can cripple a roster's outlook if he doesn't have a fantastic outing.

NAME OPPONENT VALUE
Reggie Jackson (DET) at BOS 5
Trey Burke (UTA) at SA 5
Jrue Holiday (NO) vs. DAL 5
Mike Conley (MEM) at OKC 5
Jeremy Lin (CHA) at PHX 4
Jose Calderon (NY) at MIA 4

Calderon has recorded at least 15 points and four assists in two of his last three games but the veteran PG will likely be contained by the Heat's excellent defense.

Nothing to See Here

NAME OPPONENT VALUE
Chris Paul (LAC) at POR 3
Zach LaVine (MIN) vs DEN 2
Shane Larkin (BKN) vs. TOR 1

In two games against the Trail Blazers this season, Paul has averaged 10.5 points, seven assists and 2.5 rebounds. Those stats would look good for a back-up or a rookie, but not one of the most expensive PGs on the slate, but it makes sense considering that Portland has stifled opposing PGs all year. With Blake Griffin out of the lineup, those assist numbers could even drop.
