Joey Porter will reportedly be hearing from the league office as a result of his actions in Sunday's wild-card win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Pittsburgh Steelers linebackers coach, and former star pass rusher, will be fined for running onto the field and engaging with Bengals players during an injury timeout, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Porter appeared to confront several Cincinnati defenders after Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown took a violent hit from linebacker Vontaze Burfict.

Burfict had already received a 15-yard penalty for the play, and cornerback Adam Jones' reaction to Porter's presence landed the club another penalty, putting the Steelers in position for the game-winning field goal.

Having spent the first eight seasons of his 13-year career in a Steelers uniform, Porter is quite familiar with the long-standing rivalry between the two AFC North rivals.
