Fleetwood Town has made the loan deal with Joe Davis from Leicester City permanent after he impressed over nine league appearances.
The defender began his career at Port Vale before being snapped up by the Foxes in 2014. He hasn't managed any appearances for Leicester, however, and a full time move to the Cod Army provides him an opportunity for regular first-team action.
Davis played the full 90 minutes Saturday in Fleetwood's 1-1 draw at Barnsley.
