VIDEO: Evander Kane slips strides into MTS Centre return

Evander Kane's long-awaited return to Winnipeg wasn't exactly inhospitable (he apparently received a muffled cheer), but it did lack grace.

The expatriated former Winnipeg Jets forward - now with the Buffalo Sabres - took an embarrassing little tumble with his first few steps back on MTS Centre ice.

Kane laughed it off, which is not unlike how he handled the chatter surrounding his departure from the Jets.
