Perhaps unimpressed by the showing from Adam Bogdan at Exeter City on Friday, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has recalled Danny Ward from his season-long loan with Scottish Premiership outfit Aberdeen.
The Welshman became a popular figure at Pittodrie, making 28 competitive appearances, and claiming a 12th clean sheet in his final league appearance against Partick Thistle on Dec. 30.
All the best to @dan_ward52 back at Liverpool! Top keeper and a great lad! Good luck in the future mate! 👍 #matesmatesmates

Ward, who signed a long-term contract with the Merseyside club last June, will compete with Simon Mignolet and the unfortunate Bogdan for duties between the sticks with the Reds.
