The UFC made it official Tuesday, confirming featherweight world champion Conor McGregor and women's bantamweight champion Holly Holm will headline a co-main event on March 5 at UFC 197.
McGregor will move up one weight classes to take on Rafael dos Anjos for the lightweight championship, while Holm will put her title on the line against Miesha Tate.
It will be Holm's first fight since a shocking knockout of Ronda Rousey at UFC 193 in November.
McGregor is attempting to become just the third fighter to win UFC titles in multiple weight classes. If McGregor can keep his hot streak going, he would become the first UFC fighter to hold two titles at the same time.
The event will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
