2016 NFL Mock Draft 1.0: Picks 11-20
11. Chicago Bears - Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame
Jay Cutler has done more than enough to earn another look as the Bears' long-term answer under center. Addressing the left tackle position is imperative to giving him a chance at succeeding in that role, and Stanley is far and away the No. 2 lineman in this class.
12. New Orleans Saints - Shaq Lawson, DE, Clemson
New Orleans should continue to field an explosive offense as long as Drew Brees and Sean Payton are in town, so it makes sense to add a difference-maker on defense. Lawson gives the unit a much-needed pass-rush presence to line up opposite Cameron Jordan.
13. Philadelphia Eagles - Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State
Regardless of what Doug Pederson does to improve the offense, Philadelphia has to find a way to limit opposing passing attacks. Apple finally gives the Eagles a cornerback capable of matching up with No. 1 receivers, which will be critical for success in the NFC East.
14. Oakland Raiders - Jaylon Smith, LB, Notre Dame
The only question about Smith's draft stock is the health of his surgically repaired knee. Regardless of whether he's ready for training camp, though, the Raiders shouldn't pass up the opportunity to add a potential star to the middle of their up-and-coming defense.
15. Los Angeles Rams - Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota State
The Rams are going to waste a dominant defense if they can't find an answer at the quarterback position soon. While Wentz may be in for a substantial transition after playing at the FCS level, his ceiling should be considered as high as any other signal-caller in this draft.
16. Detroit Lions - A'Shawn Robinson, DT, Alabama
Detroit's defensive front took a step back last season after losing both Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley in free agency. Robinson would do well to fill that defensive tackle spot and again help the Lions field a dominant group up front.
17. Atlanta Falcons - Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor
The Falcons may have more pressing needs elsewhere on the roster, but pairing an explosive receiver talent like Coleman with Julio Jones would make Matt Ryan's job a whole lot easier. Coleman is going to be a matchup nightmare at the next level.
18. Indianapolis Colts - Noah Spence, OLB, Eastern Kentucky
Spence will have questions to answer leading up to the draft, but there's no denying his potential as a pure edge-rusher. He'd fill a pressing need for the Colts after Bjoern Werner wasn't able to live up to expectations.
19. Buffalo Bills - Reggie Ragland, LB, Alabama
Adding a true three-down presence in the middle would help Rex Ryan's defense take the next step. Though Ragland may not have the athleticism of Jack or Smith, his well-rounded skill set will give him a chance to be every bit as productive as those two in the NFL.
20. New York Jets - Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State
Elliott is the type of rare talent who can instantly step in as a contributor in all phases of the offensive game. The feature backfield role would be his for the taking if Chris Ivory departs in free agency.
