Birmingham signs midfielder Diego Fabbrini out of Watford

Diego Fabbrini is heading back to Birmingham City.
The Italian midfielder signed a three-and-a-half-year contract out of Watford to the tune of £1.5 million on Wednesday. Fabbrini spent two months last season on loan at Birmingham and now joins the team as a permanent member.

Fabbrini is no stranger to loan moves, having endured stints at Birmingham, Middlesbrough, and Millwall in the course of the last 12 months. He'll look to build on his first stint with Birmingham, when he made just five appearances.
