The 2016 NHL All-Star Game will always be remembered as John Scott's finest hour.
Even Jaromir Jagr, who, at age 43, came out on the losing end in what might have been his final such event, couldn't deny the magic that culminated in Scott being named All-Star MVP.
Both players served as captains, with Jagr's Atlantic Division squad falling to Scott and the Pacific by a score of 1-0.
Jagr did score in the opening game of the tournament, while Scott's pair of goals, and support from around the NHL, earned him the MVP honor.
For everyone involved, these two players were the main attractions in what proved to be a memorable weekend in Nashville.
