Report: Kings to fire George Karl in coming days
The Sacramento Kings plan to fire George Karl in the coming days, league sources told ESPN's Marc Stein.
The news comes just two days after reports surfaced that the Kings were considering firing their bench boss.
Karl has struggled during his tenure with Sacramento, going 32-50 over the last two seasons. However, his greatest downfall may be the lack of respect he garnered from his players, particularly DeMarcus Cousins.

Since sitting at 20-23 on Jan. 23, the Kings have lost eight of their last nine contests. They've been particularly poor on defense, giving up 120 or more points in each of their last three contests.
Karl ranks fifth all time with 1,163 wins as a head coach, behind only Don Nelson (1,335), Lenny Wilkins (1,332), Jerry Sloan (1,221), and Pat Riley (1,210).
It was reported last week that Corliss Williamson was a candidate to replace Karl as the interim coach.
