Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Zach LaVine was named MVP in the Rising Stars Challenge on Friday night.
LaVine finished with 30 points, seven rebounds, and four assists on 13-of-20 shooting, leading Team USA to a 157-154 victory over Team World.
This is the 20-year-old's second impressive performance in the Rising Stars Challenge; LaVine totaled 22 points and four rebounds in 2015 as a rookie.
A key component of the Timberwolves' future, LaVine is averaging 12.8 points, 3.2 assists, and 2.6 rebounds in 2015-16.
LaVine will be seen once again Saturday, when the sophomore guard will defend his crown in the Slam Dunk contest.
