Top Options
Name | Opponent | Value |
---|---|---|
Derrick Favors (UTA) | vs. CLE | 8 |
Dirk Nowitzki (DAL) | at CHA | 8 |
Draymond Green (GS) | vs. NO | 8 |
Tristan Thompson (CLE) | at UTA | 7 |
Anthony Davis (NO) | at GS | 7 |
Favors is the safest option in terms of production and guaranteed workload at a reasonable price. He's coming off a 28-point, 14-rebound effort Sunday, but Cleveland will also be playing on consecutive nights.
There's always the risk of a rest game for Nowitzki, as he's played 35 minutes in three of the last four games, scoring between 22 and 30 points in each one and grabbing at least five rebounds. He's attempted at least 16 field goals in each contest as well.
Green has at least 17 points, five assists, four rebounds and two steals in each of his last three games. He shouldn't face too much resistance at home against the Pelicans.
Whether starting or coming off the bench, Thompson has three straight double-doubles and will surely be needed against Utah's big front line.
Davis is the priciest option at the position, but has at least 29 points and 10 rebounds in each of his last three games and will need to pour it on in order to keep his team competitive.
Best of the Rest
Name | Opponent | Value |
---|---|---|
Bobby Portis (CHI) | at TOR | 7 |
Gorgui Dieng (MIN) | at PHX | 7 |
Taj Gibson (CHI) | at TOR | 7 |
Channing Frye (CLE) | at UTA | 7 |
Ryan Anderson (NO) | at GS | 7 |
Nene Hilario (WAS) | vs. DET | 7 |
Marvin Williams (CHA) | vs. DAL | 7 |
Patrick Patterson (TOR) | vs. CHI | 7 |
Jarell Martin (MEM) | at HOU | 7 |
Kevin Love (CLE) | at UTA | 6 |
Serge Ibaka (OKC) | vs. POR | 6 |
JaMychal Green (MEM) | at HOU | 6 |
Nikola Mirotic (CHI) | at TOR | 6 |
He's fallen out of the rotation, but Portis could see plenty of action, garbage time or otherwise, with Pau Gasol (knee) out of the lineup. Gibson could theoretically benefit as well, though with just one double-double in his last 10 games, he's a better real life player than a fantasy one.
Frye has made five 3-pointers in each of his last two games. He has a difficult offensive matchup, but he is cheap enough to take a flier on.
If Zach Randolph remains out, Green could produce, but his price has perhaps outpaced what can be reasonably expected from his talent. Martin has played at least 20 minutes in each of the last three games and comes much cheaper.
Nothing to See Here

---|---|---|
David Lee (DAL) | at CHA | 5 |
Kenneth Faried (DEN) | at MIA | 4 |
Following three straight double-doubles, Faried has played just 36 minutes combined in his last two games, totaling 14 points and 10 rebounds. He's too pricey for the volatility that comes with his workload.
Lee's minutes have also fluctuated, playing between 13 and 19 over his last three games. While he's still been productive, he represents a risk now that his price has hit the mid-range.
