Charlotte head coach Mark Price has issued a statement about the job opening at his alma mater Georgia Tech.
While Price indicates he's happy with Charlotte and committed to the 49ers basketball program, he doesn't completely slam the door on a return to the Yellow Jackets.

Price was hired by Charlotte ahead of the 2015 season, leading the 49ers to a 14-19 season and a seventh-place Conference USA finish.
The four-time NBA All-Star was named ACC Most Valuable Player in his senior year with the Yellow Jackets.
