The Anaheim Ducks recalled forward Chris Wagner from the AHL's San Diego Gulls and signed him to a two-year contract extension, the team announced Friday.
Wagner started his season with the Ducks, but was claimed by the Colorado Avalanche in November. The 24-year-old scored four goals in 26 games with the Avalanche before being re-claimed by Anaheim on Feb. 24.
He has been held without a point in 11 games with the Ducks this season.
