Report: Manziel passenger in alleged hit-and-run, picked up by Josh Gordon
Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel fled the scene of a car accident over the weekend along with the driver, according to TMZ Sports.
Manziel and driver Ryan Silverstein allegedly left the Sunset Strip scene on foot before being picked up by suspended Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon.
Los Angeles police confirmed that Manziel was a passenger and Silverstein was the driver in the incident, but did not comment on Gordon's alleged involvement.
The former Heisman Trophy winner was interviewed by Los Angeles police Saturday, admitted to being a passenger in the car, but is not being charged with any criminal wrongdoing.
Manziel and Gordon were thought to be living together as both attempt to get their NFL careers back on track, but now it appears they are not roommates.
