New York Jets offensive coordinator Chan Gailey better watch out, because Larry David might be coming for his job soon.
The "Seinfeld" co-creator and "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star was asked on Monday's edition of "The Dan Patrick Show" if he was being serious when he told Howard Stern in 2015 he thinks he could be an offensive coordinator for the Jets.
"I'm not joking. I'm positive that I could be an offensive coordinator," David said. "I think if I just studied, if I just hung around, and just learned a little bit. Give me one season shadowing an offensive coordinator - one season - and I know I can do it. What could be so hard about it? You make up plays. Why is that so hard? I'm creative, in certain respects, and I think I could do that."
