Denver Broncos quarterback Trevor Siemian was diagnosed with an AC joint sprain following Sunday's 27-7 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Siemian is considered day to day with a shoulder injury, head coach Gary Kubiak told reporters.

The quarterback will undergo further testing Monday.

Siemian was carted to the locker room in the second quarter, and 2016 first-round pick Paxton Lynch finished the game in his absence.

Prior to leaving the game, Siemian went 5-of-7 for 68 yards and a touchdown.

Lynch completed 14-of-24 passes for 170 yards and his first career touchdown.
