Collinsworth goes for jugular after Bill Simmons' criticism

"Sunday Night Football" analyst Cris Collinsworth isn't out here to take heat from uninformed New England Patriots fans.
After "The Sports Guy" Bill Simmons smarmed Collinsworth on Twitter on Monday with a typical line about the ineptitude of analysis on nationally broadcast NFL games, Collinsworth hit back:
Somebody needs to gently break the news to Collinsworth that the Pats have a weak front 7 and that's why Seattle's o-line looks good.

Sadly, Collinsworth caved to whatever internal or external pressure he was feeling and deleted the tweet.
Simmons' show, “Any Given Wednesday,” was cancelled by HBO on Nov. 4.
